Sweet and Sour Fish Recipe

How to cook Sweet and Sour fish using Sweet Chili Sauce in a Bottle. This Recipe is one of the easy and tasty fish recipe we made. This is made of Fried fish then saute in onion, garlic, ginger, sweet and sour sauce, water, black pepper and seasoning.

Ingredients:
1 Piece Fish
3 cloves Garlic
1 Piece Onion
1 thumb sized ginger
1/2 -1 whole bottle Sweet and sour Sauce
2 tablespoon Water
Black pepper
Magic Sarap
Oil
