About $20 and 15 minutes and I had this Hockey Rebounder and Skills Pad assembled and ready.

I wanted a place for my son and I to practice passing, puck handling, etc. so I hit Home Depot and bought (2) 1" PVC pipes precut into 24" sections, (2) PVC elbow joints, (1) 24" rubber tie down and a white panel board. I cut one of the 24" PVC pipes into two equal 8" sections for the sides, drilled a small hole in the side for the S-ring. Put the sections together, and wedged it up against the cement step in our garage.

The rebounds were so vicious that the rebounder jumped forward so to hold it in place, I found a couple of small L-shaped wood bookends -- one bit under the board and the other standing upright to hold it in place. Once I sprayed down the board with a little Lemon Pledge furniture polish, this things moves!
