Ingredients below:

1) 2 1/4 cup plain flour
2) 1/2 tsp salt
3) 1 cup unsalted softened butter
4) 1/3 cup white sugar
5) 1/2 cup brown sugar
6) 1 egg
7) A few tbsp water (optional)
8) 1 cup chocolate chips
9) Melted butter or non stick spray (to grease moulds)

Note - Bake for 15-20 mins on 180 C or until the cookies become golden brown in colour. The longer you keep them in the oven, the harder your cookies will become.

Note 2 - try not to make the base or sides too thick as the cookie may be hard to eat!
