অতি দরিদ্রদের জন্য বরাদ্দ ঘরে শোভা পাচ্ছে এসি, ডিশ টিভি, ফ্রিজসহ দামী সব আসবাবপত্র। বারান্দা ভেঙে চলছে সম্প্রসারণের কাজও। এমন অবাক করা কাণ্ড পিরোজপুরের ইন্দুরকানী উপজেলার বালিপাড়া গ্রামে। আর সেই গরীব মানুষটি হলেন, জাতীয় পার্টি- জেপি'র ছাত্র সংগঠন ছাত্র সমাজের ইউনিয়ন কমিটির আহ্বায়ক ইকবাল সেপাই। তার দাবি, ঘর পাওয়ার সময় কিছুটা অস্বচ্ছল ছিলেন তিনি। গরম থেকে রক্ষা পেতে কিস্তিতে কিনে ঘরে এসি লাগিয়েছেন।

All the expensive furniture including AC, dish TV, fridge are being decorated in the rooms allotted for the very poor. The verandah is being demolished and the expansion work is also going on. Such a shocking incident took place in Balipara village of Indurkani upazila of Pirojpur. And that poor man is Iqbal Sepai, the convener of the Union Committee of the Student Society of the Jatiya Party-JP. He claimed that he was somewhat indigent when he got the house. To protect from heat, he bought it in installments and installed AC in the house.
