Continuing on from the previous part, I ramble for a bit, and then talk to Taomon, Luche and Mirei to unlock the infinite cauldron.
With Taomon opening the portal, and Mirei keeping in contact with us when we are inside, I enter the final area of the game, the infinite cauldron.
After some words from Mirei, I head forward to encounter the first obstacle in this area, Devimon.
He won't let us pass unless we defeat him and his four clones in battle.
And so my digimon fight the five Devimon in a long fight that ends with me only defeating one of them before my digimon are defeated! (Fail!)
After reloading the game, I stock up on some more supplies, and then fight Devimon again.
With some attack and defence plug ins at the start of the battle, I didn't need to use as many recovery discs in order to defeat all five Devimon.
Upon being defeated, Devimon joins the city, but claims to be no ally of ours.
Moving on from that, I head a little further into infinite cauldron.
Aside from defeating a Piddomon, nothing of note happens as I end up returning to the city.
