SCOPE OF LEGAL SERVICES: Attorney Consultation: 2 Hours of Document and Form Review for Marriage Based Adjustment of Status - $949:
Within the next 60 days from the date of this contract, we will provide the following services to you Petitioner (U.S. Citizen) and Beneficiary (Non-US Citizen) via live internet video conference (Zoom, Skype, Hangout, etc.) or telephone:
• Provide 2 consultations to review your immigration forms and documents – the first consultation is 90 minutes and the second consultation is 30 minutes.
• Send contract, instructions and checklist of documents via email.
• Review contract, payment info, notes and information from initial consultation, set up client file, schedule first consultation.

• HERE IS THE LINK TO THE FIRST INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO – 3 hours 25 minutes includes 7 separate instructional videos on how to prepare and file your USCIS application.
• During the first 90-minute form and document review, we discuss the law and procedures, your scanned, uploaded documents and completed PDF forms from USCIS website:
o I-130 & I-864 for Petitioner. I-130A, I-485, I-765, I-131 & I-944 for Beneficiary
o Medical Exam from USCIS Civil Surgeon, sealed
o Proof of Good Faith Marriage (list and examples to be provided)
o Marriage, divorce and birth certificates for family. Criminal records of either spouse
o Non-Citizen’s passport (complete copy) with I-94 card, all immigration documents
o 3 years tax returns with W-2s, resumes, employment verification and 3 recent paystubs
o Discuss costs, filing fees and other processing information
o Send you email of necessary corrections and additions
• During the second 30-minute session we will:
o Review revised forms and additional documents – focus on corrections and additions
o Discuss assembly of the packet, cover letter, filing fees, mailing and follow up issues.
Please be advised that this Scope of Legal Services is to occur within the next 60 DAYS. We cannot advise you on matters of federal, state or county law, including issuing social security benefits, corporate law, drivers licenses, marriage licenses, family law matters, criminal law matters, estate planning, or other legal matters unrelated to immigration law.
Does not include USCIS form fees or medical exam fees.
Fee for Attorney Legal Services: $949
Scope of legal services to be performed within 60 days of the date of this contract. This limitation means that after 60 days our duty to perform attorney legal services will expire.
You can book your first 15 minute appointment to determine if this program is right for you. If it is, then I will send you the contract and my checklist of documents and sample letters for you to upload to me before our first Zoom video conference appointment. Fill out the forms on the USCIS website and upload them to me, along with your documents. As you can see, I have a nice set of instructional videos on YouTube for your use – 3.5 hours! We meet over zoom for 90 minutes, and I review and offer advice on how to correct errors and present your best case to USCIS. After our consultation, I send you and email with a list of all of the recommendations for you to complete before our second session. When you are ready, you will schedule your second 30 minute zoom on my calendar. We meet and finalize your forms and documents, USCIS filing fees and correct addresses. Then you mail out your applications knowing they are correct and not likely to be delayed.
