Uppu Seedai

Urad dal flour 2 tsp
Salt to taste
White sesame seeds/til 1 tsp
Hing/asafoetida 1/2 tsp
Dry coconut bits 2 tsp
Butter 1 heaped tsp
Soaked Channa Dal 2 tsp
Oil for Frying

Vella Seedai
Processed Rice Flour 1 cup
Jaggery 3/4 cup
Urad dal flour 2 tsp
Butter 1 tsp
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
White Til/Sesame seeds 1 tsp
Choped coconut bits 2 tsp
Oil for frying
