Nervous System Reset | Letting Go Of Negative Emotions Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath

Our intent with this particular Tibetan bowl sound bath is to try and identify some negative emotions that you were currently struggling with that you would like to let go of and allow those feelings to dissolve little by little throughout the duration of this meditation.

It's a natural human emotion to feel negatively towards something or to hold some form of resentment, but at the end of the day, we have to know that, more often than not, that negative emotion we hold is really only holding us back.

Once we can identify and begin to let go of those negative emotions, we can truly begin to start the healing process and not allow that self-imposed negativity to impact us and our happiness in our
daily lives.
