Valve Cover Bolt Torque Specs: 52 inch lbs/4.33 foot lbs

don't have a Torque wrench use rachet and make it snug kind of like how I was doing it in the video to where you feel it can't turn no more don't use alot of strength so you don't snap bolt heads
