A Prayer for Worry, Anxiety and Fear - Lord, grant us the grace to let go of our anxieties

Dear Heavenly Father,

In moments of deep trouble and uncertainty, we come before You seeking solace and strength. Our hearts are heavy, our minds are restless, and we yearn for the peace that only You can provide. Wrap us in Your comforting presence and calm the storms within us.

Lord, grant us the grace to let go of our anxieties and trust in Your divine plan. Help us to remember that Your love is steadfast and unchanging, even when the world around us seems chaotic. Fill our hearts with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard our minds from the turmoil that seeks to overwhelm us.

Teach us to find refuge in Your word, to meditate on Your promises, and to rest in the assurance that You are always with us. Give us the courage to face each day with hope and faith, knowing that You are our rock and our fortress.

May Your peace flow into every corner of our being, dispelling fear and worry. Guide us to be peacemakers in our own lives and in the lives of those around us. Let Your light shine through us, bringing hope and healing to a troubled world.

We pray for a heart that is open to Your will, ears that listen to Your guidance, and hands that are ready to serve. May Your peace dwell richly within us, and may it ripple out to touch everyone we encounter. Amen
