We guide the operator by projecting augmented reality work instructions
onto the workstation.
Our 3D sensor validates the operator's manual assembly activities.
Work instructions are displayed in the operator's workspace.
This allows the operator to better focus on assembling the valve without making errors.
As an additional check, we ask the operator to validate the operation by pressing a virtual button.
The projections create a standardised workplace and a 5s working environment.
A Bosch Nexo screwdriver interacts with our software.
This allows us to make the tool work only in the right place and at the right time.
Our software will not move to the next step
until the right torque is achieved.
This solution reduces scrap and warranty replacement.
