Sorry for the low effort video, but just getting the info out there.

Deconstruct directly upgrades rewind rounds and can pair well with other ammo refund/reload perks. Basically rewind rounds on rewind rounds here. Make of it what you will.

Extra testing:
With magazine size 33, hitting 10 rounds returned 4 from Deconstruct.
With magazine size 40 (extended mag + backup mag), hitting 12 rounds returned 4 from Deconstruct.
Thus lower mag size may be better for ammo return rate (may be different with other weapon archetypes, idk)
No need to pace shots.
Means extra 16 shots in first magazine just from Deconstruct.
Paired with Rewind rounds (60% rounds hit returned rounded up) means up to 30(29.4) rounds returned on the first mag.
Keep holding trigger. Gun go brrrrrrrr

May update description with more deconstruction testing info.
Edit: Not sure if changes were made, but now (12/12/23) Optative (12) only returns 2 rounds after 5 hits (was 4).

Ros Arago IV steady rounds (41) 12 hits returns 5
Cold Front steady rounds (26) 8 hits returns 3
Cold Front Steady + Backup (29) 9 hits returns 3
Cold Front Tactical + Backup (30 actual) 9 hit returns 3
Cold Front Extended + Backup (31 actual) 10 hit returns 4
"actual" is in game, which differs from DIM/light.gg info.
