Mild Steel Hollow Pipes 2in Square (Brand APL Apollo, Gouge 18, Weight 9kg).
Grid Size 4ft by 2ft. Red Oxide Treatment done before starting the welding work.

Paneling Sheets:
Interior Sheet 12mm Cement Fiber Sheet (Brand Bison / Everest).
Exterior Sheet 12mm Cement Fiber Sheet where roof extension is possible. .45mm Liner MS Sheet (Jindal or JSW) at the side of dead-walls.
Front Elevation Wall: Shera/Everest Cement Planks.

Mild Steel Structure in 3in by 1.5in Heavy Pipes (Brand AP: Apollo, Gouge 18, Weight 13kg).

Roofing Sheet:
Precoated Tin Sheet with 10 years color warranty (Brand: JSW / Jindal, Thickness .45mm).
Insulation is given for weather proofing.
All Accessories like Ridges, Gutter are installed in same thickness material.

PLUMBING & SANITARY WORK:

All inlet & outlet water fittings will be done as per the plumbing drawing.
Downpipe for the roof water will be provided in PVC (Supreme Brand).
Wall hung seats range upto 9,000 (Brand Jaguar).
Vanity will be provided with mirror in bathrooms.

FALSE CEILING:

Gypsum False ceiling will be provided with basic and modern design.
Design will be approved before starting the work.
In case special design requirement, costing will be revised as per the design drawing.

ELECTRICAL:

Electric work with labour; Heavy Pipes, HRFR wires, Switches mid range, Concealed lights with profile and cove lights (Brand Polycab/ Havels).

PAINT WORK:

Paint work with putty and primer (Brand: Asian Paints Emulsion Shyne).

STONE & TILE WORK:

Floor tiles 4ft by 2ft, Bathroom and Kitchen tiles 2ft x 1ft, Balcony 1ft by 1ft  (Brand Kajaria/Somany).

Kitchen counter will be provided with Granite Stone and Handmade Sink.
