This video shows how to complete the 1-3-6-10 pass exercise. This project was originally just for anyone learning to stack metal on a fillet and reach 10 passes. But then I thought how can I see all four layers of beads and know the final pass was not covering bad welds. So now the welding student must show a single pass, 3 pass, 6 pass and 10 pass! This is a challenging project that shows the skill of the welder. Just add one bead to each layer which works well on 90 degree fillet welds. Check it out!
