In todays video we are going to visit Bhairavgad fort situated in Shirpunje village of Akole Taluka of Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra. There are 6 Bhairavgad in Maharashtra. Out of which 2 are present in the Harishchandragad range. Bhairavgad Shirpunje was built to watch Rajur Trade Route. This fort is part of Ghanchakkar mountain ranges of Maharashtra.

How to Reach: Reach to Rajur village. From Rajur go to Shirpunje Budruk.

On the fort, many water rock cut cisterns are present along with caves. Main attraction of this location is Bhairoba temple. Bhairoba temple is most famous in this area. This temple is situated on top of Bhairavgad in Rock cut cave. Many devotees come here to seek blessings of the deity.
