I land into the stage pressing c-down to change into Lakitu c-down since I want to look far ahead of me for this stage and I'm already trying to avoid an invisible wall at the beginning by drifting a bit to the left for my double jump dive I jump onto the box and aim for my visual cue on the exact spot I wallkick off of it's not really a visual cue more like how far Mario should be from the yellow box once on top of it I don't initiate the triple jump until I'm at the very center of the box and I hold the A button to get a very fast kick and hold the A button rhythmically for the majority of the time going from the triple jump to the ledgegrab since it gives you more height that way and just go for distance on the longjump keep in mind that when doing dive rollouts on a slope you might have to time the rollout slightly faster than what you normally would but if you get it then you can use that speed to jump into the wall and get a first frame wallkick to carry that speed into the ledgegrab behind the stopped pendulum I think the biggest risk is not getting the firsty but overall if you hate the triple jump at the beginning with time moving then it's very easy to pick this up and get good at and still save time with it in runs :p
