Air Fryer Bread - is it any good dough?

Ingredients list:
1 sachet / 2 ½ tsp active dry yeast
60ml warm water
2tbsp sugar
2tbsp butter, softened
250g strong bread flour, plus extra for kneading
120ml milk
Pinch salt
1 egg yolk, beaten
Optional
Sesame seeds / poppy seeds, for sprinkling
