06.7) Returnable transport packaging (RTP) Process - ECC/ S4 HANA.

Overview.
1. Create Main Material and RTP Mat (LEIH) Material. – MM01
2. Maintain Vendor – BP or XK01
3. Create PO – ME21N.
4. Perform GR and add RTP material – Mov101 / (501-M) – MIGO
5. Check stock – MMBE
6. Return RTP Materials (Mov- 502-M) – MIGO
7. Invoice - MIRO

Generally, for some of the materials, it is very difficult to send without packaging materials, For these materials Vendor will send materials with packaging or some container. But these materials are very expensive. So, the vendor will ask you to return these materials once you utilize the main material. Returnable Transport Packaging processes, where the User returns the Packaging material to Vendor once utilize the Material through the transporting. It is Special stock, You can manage it in SAP separately.
