Insane Footage of Flooding in Idyllic Italian City of Noasca | 10 News First

Ferocious floodwaters have been caught on camera in the Italian commune of Noasca after several days of torrential rain.

Noasca is one of many towns across Italy, France, and Switzerland to have been hit by severe weather, leaving at least seven people dead.

In the Italian alpine town of Cogne, at least 500 people have been evacuated after a river flash flood caused the only road to collapse.
