Cardiff's police chief has admitted that officers could have been chasing teens on e-bikes before a fatal crash, despite previously denying it.

Kyrees Sullivan, 16, and his best friend Harvey Evans, 15, died in the collision in the Ely area of the Welsh capital on Monday evening.

South Wales Police has referred itself to the independent watchdog over the incident, but insisted there were no police vehicles on the road where the crash took place at the time.
