UCF Knight Commit Jayhlon Young Can GO! | JUCO Spotlight

Jayhlon Young joined BRCC after committing to Grambling State out of high school. Young finished the season averaging 15.9 PPG (47.6 FG%), 6.4 RPG & 3 APG. Young is currently unsigned but has received interest from UCF, Mercer and handful of DI programs.

2020-2021: Jayhlon started in all 16 games last season for the Bears as a guard. He scored 210 points, with 76 rebounds, 42 assist, 33 steals and 10 blocks. He was a solid shooter and point guard for the Bears

High School: Jayhlon Young attended Garland High school where he played basketball for head coach Randy Love. He was a member of the Owls 2000-point club. J Young was a two-time First Team All-District member. He was offensive player of the Year.
