TRANSFORMERS GS Guardian Robot VS eHobby Guardian Robot – Review

Transformers Generations Selects has released the Titan Class Guardian Robot (along with Lunar-Tread) and we’re putting it up against the e-Hobby exclusive Guardian robot from 2008. Captain Kyle compared these two to see which one is best for your collection.

In the Transformers G1 cartoon, it was revealed that the Guardian Robots were the protectors of Cybertron and Omega Supreme came from their ranks. In War Dawn, Megatron uses a headless Guardian robot body to attack the Autobots before Superion defeated it. Years later, e-Hobby used the Omega Supreme mold to produce a recolored version of the toy, called GADEP. This name could mean "Groundling Auto-Destruct Powerbroker" or "Guardian/Defender/Protection,” but there is no official confirmation of either. Hasbro how now released the Guardian Robot and Lunar-Tread set, also recoloring Omega Supreme, though modeled from the new Titan version, to bring this character to life. Captain Kyle examines both of them to determine which is better, or if they both have some merit.
