About:
Brian Braddock, the fictional superhero, graces the pages of British and American comic books from the Marvel Comics universe. Originally known as Captain Britain, this iconic character was brought to life in 1976 by the creative collaboration of writer Chris Claremont and artist Herb Trimpe, with later contributions from legends like Alan Moore and Alan Davis. Brian's debut was in the pages of Captain Britain Weekly #1, initially tailored for the British comics enthusiasts.

Empowered with extraordinary abilities courtesy of the legendary magician Merlyn and his daughter Roma, Brian transforms into Captain Britain, entrusted with the role of safeguarding the British Isles and its inhabitants. Moreover, he assumes the crucial responsibility of defending Earth-616 as an integral member of the multiversal Captain Britain Corps. However, a twist in his journey occurs when he falls under the influence of Morgan le Fay. In response, his twin sister Betsy steps up to reclaim the Captain Britain mantle, leaving Brian to adopt the persona of Captain Avalon, the steadfast protector of Avalon.
