Ingredients:-

Kabab masala powder:-
½ tsp fennel seeds
1 black cardamom
5-6 green cardamom
1/8 nutmeg
2 red chilli
½ tsp caraway seeds ( shah zeera )
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ star anise ( chakri phool )
1 bay leaf
1 stone flower small
5-6 cloves
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 mace
½ tsp allspice ( kababcheeni )
1 long pepper ( pipli )
½ tsp black pepper corn ( kali mirch )
¼ cup rose petal or 1 tsp rose water
⅓ cup roasted chickpea ( 50 g )

Kabab masala paste:-
1 tbsp charoli seeds
10 cashews
10 almond
1 tsp poppy seeds
½ cup fried onion
½ fist coriander leaves
2-3 green chilli
3 tbsp milk + 20 strands of saffron

Other ingredients:-
500 g mince + 50-60 g fat ( i have used buffalo mince )
2 tsp yellow chilli powder
1 tsp heaped salt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 tbsp raw papaya paste
2 tbsp fresh cream
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp kewra water
1 tbsp desi ghee
2 tbsp maida ya gehu ka aata
1 egg or 2 tbsp corm flour
