Here an exercise in two different variations adapted to specific individual correction: one I ask vocalise going down and the other coming up. It is a Deep Front Line (as some osteopaths call this muscular chain) connecting and work oriented exercise, the important for physiological voice production. As you see at 02:02 she has a deep fascial release, meaning the correct function has been reactivated. So I can help the cognitive level of learning to find the corrected only vocal tract muscles work in the low passage while cooling the voice down. Always find by more movement and then less movement; sometimes structures cannot find immediately with less movement, but it is mandatory to cognitively get to it from when the structure can without shifting to dysfunction.
