Only surviving portion of a heavily degraded videocasssette found in an abandoned car concealed under overgrown trees in [REDACTED] on 3rd December 2022.

This is the second example of a recording of "EBC Channel 1" which is not known to have operated at any time. The footage was severely degraded beyond the end of the clip in this video.

This could have a connection to the Fallmoore meterological research centre which burned down on the exact same night of this recoding.
