Still trying to see if this will work. So after figuring out I could move the space heater, and putting in a bathroom would be a lot easier, if i used one of the toilets that shoot the poop up hill, I decided to change the design.

In the last one the water heater was cutting off the back wall of the control room. So I could not even make the design as it was shown. This is after I move the water heater.

This kitchen counter top is over a greese trap that needs to be built around, plus it has to be able to be accessed. This design does not show the massive amount of pipes that are in the walls, in version three i put in the pipes and them come with a new design. The other cost saving desing element is turning the control room into the corner. Their is a ton of pipes in the corner shooting out more that 2 feet, so I have to cover them anyway. So, instead of finishing the walls, what i would do if this were a real plan is, hang over the concrete wall, mineral wool. Like in the curent studio, and create frames covered with 1 by 3s, cover with red fabric floor to celling. So I can hide wires, put in and take out systems like, computers, power strips, etc and not have to build out those two walls.

The booth is long and narrow. Also found that it is under a ton of pipes going to the upstairs. So it would have a very low celing so needed to move that too.

My bigest design challenge is, trying to get the vocal booth, a bathroom, with out having so much hall way. The hall is using up so much unusable space.
