Without people, we don’t have the success we’ve had this past year at Bolt Digital.

As our team is growing, we always want to attract the best in class talent.

This is one of our monthly talent events where we invite some of the best specialists, ranging from graduates to those already within the industry, to learn about the work we do, the clients we have and how we can help them take the next step in their careers.

This particular event was for Performance Marketers and Copywriters - two key roles for us.

One thing I’m predicting next year is a global shortage of performance marketers! It’s a new skill that is gaining huge increase in demand from brands but it's not easy to do.

Our existing performance team have photographic memories and degrees in maths and engineering, some of the skillsets required to operate effective advertising in a multi-channel data-based world.

These events build awareness of what we do amongst performance marketers so that as we grow we can invite them to join us in the future.
