This video was done in two unedited takes: the first movement and then the rest, so it's definitely a case of 'warts and all'!

I've lived with and deeply loved this work for almost 50 years, but I think that this recorded performance will be my last. I would like to dedicate it to the memory of my late mother for whom it was a favourite work.
