While in college in Kenya, Agatha heard about all the opportunities that come with being a nurse. Since then, her goal was clear: to become a US-RN. After joining Avant Healthcare Professionals, Agatha was able to take advantage of their specialized support.

While Agatha was pregnant she was able to study and conquer the NCLEX exam, and now is working in the USA as a nurse. She credits her family's endless support. When asked what what advice she would give aspiring US-RNs Agatha said:

"If you're a nurse looking forward to take on the USRN journey, go for it. It should not overwhelm you. Start small and keep your eye on the goal, and the goal is to transition through because it's beautiful to be here."
