Rifle Plate Carrier with Backpacks - My Setups Explained

In this video I use the same Banshee Plate Carrier from Shellback Tactical and I have 1 with a cummerbund and the other without. I test out using a standard tactical backpack, and an attachable assault backpack with my own clip modifications to see the difference when walking a mile with both types. I think they both have their pro's and con's but overall the Attached backpack to the plate carrier seems to be better for long term usage when wearing a plate carrier is vital.
