LED Flip Flop With Speed Controller Using one transistor

If you make this circuit and see that the light of the LEDs on one side is less than the LEDs on the other side, don't worry.
Just solder a 1 kOhm resistor to the 4.7 kOhm resistor under the LED in parallel to the part that has less light.
