In E023, Matt McKeever discusses his approach to investing in multifamily buildings, his social media presence and his passion for new entrepreneurial ideas and helping others. Matt is an ambitious real estate investor with a focus on frugality and the FIRE (financial independence retire early) movement. Matt has an accounting background and realized that he wouldn't work that job forever. Eventually, he bought his first student rental and then retired when he had approximately 15 units. As Matt discusses in the interview, these were very lean times for him until he could further build his portfolio of with larger-scale multifamily units.

Matt is now at 58 residential units and achieved this primarily through his joint venture approach to investing which he described on the episode. Matt makes suggestions about how other real estate investors can take their game to the next level by combining their social media (personal branding) and real estate investing efforts to achieve ultimate effectiveness.

Andrew Hines is a real estate investor from Burlington Ontario and he's primarily invested in London Ontario. As of the time of publishing this video Andrew has a approximately $4,000,000 in personal real estate holdings and aspirations of growing his personal cash flow to $10,000 per month (and then $20,000 shortly thereafter).

While he takes an alternate approach, Andrew preaches use of the BRRRR method to achieve financial independence and he has become quite proficient in construction management, building and development due to his value-add approach to real estate investing.

Andrew owns several companies, including a construction general contractor, and has built out multiple investment property units in Southwestern Ontario Canada.
