I will walk you through a BASIC tutorial on how to record your own audiobook. To record Metaxysm, I used Audio Director, with a Yeti Microphone and pop filter, and uploaded it to Findaway Voices.

Steps to remember:
1. New file - Each file should have a constant bit rate of 192 kbps or higher, and a sample rate of 44.1 kHz
2. Dynamic Range Control (RMS for each file must measure between -23dB and -18dB, with peak values below -3dB, and a maximum -60dB floor)
3. Noise Reduction
4. Voice changer (optional)
5. There must be 05.-1 second dead space in the beginning of each file, and 1-5 seconds at the end.
6. No extraneous noises (pages turning, copyrighted material, etc.)
