When it’s 39 and rainy, you need good gear to keep hypothermia at bay. So this is what I use on those wet, cold days hunting Sitka Blacktail deer during the rut.

The high performance gear from big brands is great, but if it’s nasty, I’m wearing the Grundens Neptune bibs and jacket.

Additionally, whenever we get dropped off on a beach I’ll have a separate dry bag for the instance in which the weather closes in and we get stranded for the night.
