I make other videos that have time and effort put into them. I ended up beating them on Merciless like 2 days later, it's actually easier on that difficulty, LOL.

How do you fight the twins?

Caroline and Justine are extra bosses that can only be fought on a New Game Plus file. Beat the game first. Load your file, and they will be available to fight once you unlock mementos in your file.

How and why is Akechi there?

I fought the twins during the period that Akechi is in your party. During Sae's Dungeon before 11/19. He is there for that part of the fight in order to cast Debilitate every 3 turns so I don't have to waste 2 turns to debuff the twins. Who cares if he's a traitor? It's a model and piece of code in a game that can be OP if you fully level him up.

What difficulty is this?

For this video, Hard, but I bet them on Merciless. Much easier on merciless since the damage is upscaled for both sides.

Why didn't you fuse Sataniel?

Because I had no desire to complete the compendium during that point. I fused multiple Personas to get the build that I wanted for the fight, and Sataniel is overhyped either way, terrible stats and AWFUL attacks. It would be pointless to have him given the funds situation. Fusing Sataniel was the very last thing I did in my New Game Plus playthrough.

Why didn't you just switch to a persona that nullifies physical attacks?

I knew the orders that the twins attacked in. I thought that I would be fine with the current set up I had. Both twins were debilitated, I was fully healed up, and their first round of attacks won't do that much damage. However, Triple Down, despite being a light gun skill that hits 3 times somehow hit Joker as a critical. When the twins knock someone down, they go for the rest of the party. And you know the rest. Basically, the game cheated.

How did you end up beating them?

Had the same strategy I was going for here. There was a point where they did an attack that wiped out all the party members, but Futaba swapped them out cause I maxed the confidant with Hifumi. When they were on the last turn in Phase 5 with Divine Judgement and Demonic Decree, I used a limelight to have them target Joker and switched to a Persona that repel'd Bless and Curse, and that's when they went to critical. Survive and do enough DPS and you are golden.

You should have done ________! It's easier to do this fight on solo!

Keep in mind I did this 6 years ago, so any recommendations won't really matter. Also, I disagree with solo. Using all your party members is fine as long as you guard properly, and Joker doesn't get knocked down.

What's are the costumes you are wearing?

DLC costumes for SMT IV. $6.99 on PSN. In game, if Joker wears it, Last Surprise will be replaced with "Battle A2." These costumes are free in Royal if you redeem the Legacy DLC Bundle. Not for Kasumi however.

Why does the footage look like dodo?

This was from a livestream that was recorded with a $50 Diamond Capture Card and was played on PS3. This video was recorded back in 2017 with the original version of P5. Back then I had limited funding and no job, so a crappy $50 capture card is all I could afford. I own the game both on PS3 and PS4, and Royal. And now I own an Elgato and PC I regularly record games and stream on.

Have you played Persona 5 Royal?

Yes and I have Platinum'd both Vanilla and Royal. I love the new story additions. The new gameplay additions make the base game a lot easier which I didn't like at first. The new dungeon and month is fantastic, but the new final boss was underwhelming. I'm glad there is 2 extra bosses too so players can fight Lavenza for an extra challenge. But I was right, Royal made the Caroline and Justine fight easier.
