Blessthefall "Cutthroat" raw multi-tracks [UNBOXING]

Описание к видео Blessthefall "Cutthroat" raw multi-tracks [UNBOXING]

Eyal Levi takes you on a guided tour of the raw multi-tracks for "Cutthroat" by Blessthefall, originally mixed by Tyler Smyth from their 2018 album "Hard Feelings."

A few things to note about this session:

Lots of interesting layers of effected guitars and synths that add a LOT to the arrangement in terms of interest and dynamics (including some nice details where the guitar and synths are often blurred)

Programmed drums. And as Eyal says, whether you like the decision to use programmed drums or not, as a mixer you should know how to work with them

Why rooms are key to making programmed drums sound good

Lots and lots of guitars (including DIs if you want to reamp)

Programmed sub-bass layer. Before you get up in arms about this, listen to Eyal's explanation as to why this is often a very good idea.
