On Thursday, August 22, 2019, JUDGE GRAHAM QUISENBERRY of THE 415th District Court, Parker County, Texas ordered a child to go home with his alleged abusers.

Judge Quisenberry REFUSED to consider police reports, which indicated violence, and he REFUSED to let teenager testify on his own behalf regarding the alleged abuse that he has suffered at the hands of his mother and stepfather.

Because of the damaging nature of the evidence, the alleged abuser's attorney, Robert A. Thornton, of Addison, TX (https://www.boblawyer.com), kept objecting to the admission of ANY evidence. Judge Quisenberry, who appears to favor attorneys and despise pro se litigants, sustained the attorney's objection virtually every time, and he overruled the pro se litigant's objection virtually every time.

The result is that Judge Graham Quisenberry ORDERED the boy to go home with the very people he has accused of abuse and violence, possibly placing this boy in danger. Once again, the judge REFUSED to let the boy testify on his own behalf.

I thought the judge's actions were abusive and dismissive toward the litigant, and uncaring toward the boy that he may have placed in danger. A do not know the final outcome, but several hours after I left the courthouse, the boy was still refusing to go back with mother and stepfather, per Judge Quisenberry's orders.
