I hope you crush this workout with me with our two minute work periods with and an additional optional 30 seconds work period at the end! I used my 10-30 pound dumbbells. Grab your bench for step ups and abs and your dumbbells, water, and a sweat towel!

The exercises:
1. Squat floor taps
2. Sit ups
3. Sumo back squat
4. Plank variations
5. Reverse lunges
6. Leg raises
7. RDL moonwalks
8. Alternating Toe touches
9. Step ups
10. Elevated reach back sit up
11. Heel lifted squats
12. Canoe internal heel taps
