It is a pilates inspired workout that you can do anywhere! Even if you are a beginner. If you are doing these exercises for the first time it will burn a lot and your muscles will be shocked by the new movements!

Do this workout 3.4 times a week to get the best results, with optimal nutrition.

These exercises target inner and outer thighs and will help you tone and define your thighs and legs. Simple movements but trust me they burn and are so effective!
