This is really a pretty simple wave painting but it took me quite a while to paint because I kept changing my mind about the color. At some point I completely lost interest in it because nothing was working, until I realized I had the top of the wave far too straight, once I added some curves it began to fall into place and I was able to finish it up. Oil on 15x30" deep edge canvas.
