Pork Adobo - Pinatuyo (dry/sauceless version) - ASMR

Pork adobo is probably the most (or one of the top) famous Filipino dishes and there are tons of varieties on how you could cook it. One of them is the dried (sauceless) version. It's like a regular adobo process except you'd have to cook it longer until the sauce is greatly reduced or totally dried.

Ingredients:
2lb - Pork belly
6 cloves - Garlic - the more the merrier :)
1/2 bulb - Onion
1/2 tsp - Oyster sauce (optional)
1/2 tsp - Garlic powder (optional)
1/4 tsp - Salt
1/4 tsp - Ground black pepper
1/2 tsp - Whole peppercorn
2 tbsp - Soy sauce
1 tbsp - Vinegar
4-6pcs - Dried bay leaves
