This game has all 14 American League teams, 16 National League teams and the two All Star Teams for 2001.So it features over 700 real players (complete with stats) and all 30 of the ballparks.
You can play has player vs. computer and player vs. player modes.

The game starts with picking starting pitcher, then set the lineup, make substitutions, call the play,steal, squeeze, pick-off, hit and run with every player from every team.

Players controls the angle pitch/bat with a joystick, two buttons A and B are for controling the pitch and players "base" movements, sega’s Flick Action bat/pitch lever which makes you control the power and the timing or pitching/batting and the Start Button acts as a subistutions caller at anytime in the game.
