First of all, what you need to do is to go search up in downloads under "carts" "Dat Big Thing" it should be the only one there, looks like a plasma screen TV with wheels. Feel free to download anything from the creator! ;) Onwards to step 2, make sure you go right in front of the "Top Tracks" venue thing, then switch your car to the Modded Flying Cart and press R2 and slowly you'll make your way through the wall! then once you have broken thru to the other side, press R1 and switch your vehicle to a less modded car :P so you can actually drive. You'll imediatley hit the road with all fours, and there you have it, YOU'RE OUT!
And yes, I did figure this out on my own! (by accident lol)
