Okra- 400 g
Potatoes 500 grams
1 chopped onion
3 tomatoes
3 minced cloves of garlic
2 tablespoon of parsley
4 tablespoon of oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper
1teaspoon of salt and black pepper for boiling potatoes
