Photoshop Tutorial: Part 2 - How to Create a Post-1970s, Military Dog Tag

Photoshop CC 2014 tutorial in 2 parts showing how to create a post-1970s, well-worn, military dog tag with stamped, metal text. I based the image on the style of dog tags made after the 1970s. According to the official website of the USMC (https://bit.ly/3qfGsJh), "...the notched style of tag...only existed because of the type of embossing machine used during that period. It allowed the machine to hold the blank tag while it was stamped out. Current machines don't need the notch to hold the tags in place; hence the smooth-sided tags service members are issued today." 🎖
