Joined by my son ‪@belowaveragewildcamper‬ and his friend Ciaran, we parked the car at Carter Bar and set off on the short hike to Carter Pike.

Once there we found a suitable spot to pitch our tents, and despite the unexpected winds we had an enjoyable summer wild camp.
