How to Subscribe Newsletter From Odoo 18 Website | Odoo 18 New Features | Odoo 18 Website | Odoo 18

1. Access the Website Builder

Log in to your Odoo 18 backend.
Navigate to Websites -- Website Builder.

2. Add a Newsletter Block

In the website builder, locate the Newsletter block.  
Drag and drop the Newsletter block into the desired location on your webpage.  

3. Configure the Newsletter Block

Select a Mailing List: Choose the existing mailing list you want subscribers to be added to. If you don't have one, create a new mailing list in the Email Marketing app.  
Customize the Block:
Text: Modify the text that appears above or below the subscription form.  
Button Text: Change the text on the subscription button (e.g., "Subscribe," "Join Our List").
Design: Adjust the colors, fonts, and overall appearance of the block to match your website's style.

4. Publish Your Website

Once you're satisfied with the newsletter block's configuration, publish your website changes.

5. Subscribe to the Newsletter

Visit your website's frontend.  
Locate the newsletter subscription form on the page.
Enter your email address in the provided field.
Click the "Subscribe" button.

6. Confirmation

You should receive a confirmation email. Follow the instructions in the email to complete your subscription.
