The Flash uses speed and running based attacks. He has a running stance which can be cancelled, and while running uses various attacks. Again, not a fan of characters with a stance during which they can't move. Some of his moves remind me of Kabal. His rapid punching attack which dizzies his opponent looks cool at first, but its super annoying since he spams it.
