this is how i cook on a daily basis. without measuring cups/spoons. i like to just eyeball things — it’s how i learned to cook from watching my mom. she never gave me recipes, instead lists of ingredients and just showed me how. so i learned to cook with my five senses — seeing it, feeling it, smelling it, hearing it and tasting it all along the way. you can learn this way too! don’t be afraid to follow your instincts in the kitchen. :)
